SHIPPING
UPS Ground, FedEx ground or US Postal Service are preferred carriers. Generally, delivery takes up to 4 to 6 business days within the contiguous US. Please ask for quotes for shipping International orders not in the pull-down list. The box is 10" x 10" x 41", 31 lbs. Please use Business address if possible. Enter your Business name with Contact, and phone number for shipping label.
PAYMENT
We use the PayPal engine to process Secure Transactions. You may use VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER CARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards. Once in the CC process page, select the button: " Pay with a Debit or Credit Card "

We DO NOT charge Sales Tax in the USA or VAT taxes. Any incremental fees for Import, Taxes or Customs, are the responsibility of the purchaser.
RETURN POLICY
We beat the competition. Our policy maintains that if you are not satisfied with your new machine, ship it back to us in New condition and we will be happy to either replace it or give you a refund less a 10% restocking charge, (excluding freight). Slightly used with scratches sent back to us may incure reconditioning, repainting, fees. If the Crusher is broken, send it to us and we will repair it for free and pay for shipping back to you.
WARRANTY
THREE YEAR REPAIR WARRANTY. The Disk Crusher is made of thick steel bar, welded and heavy duty. Lubricate joints occasionally. (We recommend any thick stable grease.) It should last a lifetime under normal use. Should you encounter a problem with your machine or part within 3 years of purchase, simply ship your machine back to us and we will take care of the problem. Contact us via email to arrange the return.
